Recognition and Appreciation

I’m currently the project manager of our company, and I started as creative writer, one of the lowest positions there. Based on my experience, happy employees are more productive and energetic, thus provide better performance at work. Three of my subordinates underwent a six-month probationary period. On the third day of February, they will become regulars and I thought about giving them workplace awards. They have been doing pretty well since they started working in the company. I have seen a great amount of improvement in them – they always do their best to provide our customers with the best service.

If we ignore our subordinates and just treat them like machines, they will most probably be depressed at work and produce a gloomy atmosphere in the workplace. Remember to always cheer up your subordinates by giving them a pat in the shoulder or recognizing their great performance every now and then, and they’ll surely thank you by doing their best in everything they do.

Importance of Goals and Visualization

It is important for a person to have a goal. It doesn’t matter if your goal is to have your own gmc envoy, own a company, or simply have a decent job. Goals give you a sense of direction and purpose in life.

It helps you get through those “my life is in shambles” and “I’m better off dead” moments that are often times inevitable. I should know; I’ve been there.

Having goals also helps you appreciate life more. It reminds you that no matter how wretched your life may seem right now, you know that it is just a phase and that things will get better. As Rhonda Byrne puts it, “The reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. Visualization is simply powerfully focused thought in pictures, and it causes equally powerful feelings.”

simple but beautifully landscaped summer house

Landscape, as defined by some, is “an expanse of scenery that can be seen in a single view”. Personally, I don’t care much about how large a house is unless its landscape either rivals or exceeds our CEO’s summer house, which was beautifully done by a prestigious landscape company.

Although landscape artists and companies abound these days, I still find the landscape at my CEO’s summer house incomparably picturesque; simple but picturesque. I guess having a green certification and being an authority on nature-based Landscape Architecture can make companies like the one our CEO chose to really stand out.

I could go on about how charming and noteworthy the landscape was at my CEO’s. But then again, at times like these, to see is definitely to believe. So I guess I’ll just have to leave it all to your imagination. Do keep in mind that landscape architecture, when done wonderfully, can brighten up the ambiance of your home.

Heaven On Earth

Palm Tree

I have always dreamed of going to Hawaii since I was a little kid. I used to be amazed at those girls wearing grass skirts and dancing Hula dances. Their ceremonies are all so astonishing! Their culture has never failed to amaze me until now.

I have recently heard that villas are one of the hottest vacation trends so I have been trying to look for good Big Island Vacation Rentals and Maui Vacation Rentals in the internet and they all seem too good to be true! I am having a hard time choosing between hotels or villas, actually. Hotels are very luxurious and relaxing, but they’re just like staying in any other place in the world while villas are unique and can be customized to be better and memorable. Hotels are usually available in the stereotype, mainstream areas while villas are found in various locations. HawaiiI used to wonder what the Hollywood celebrities chose. Were the vacation rentals they chose worth the money they paid? I guess it’s really worth it ’cause to me, Hawaii is like heaven on Earth. Simply imagining myself swimming in those blue waters makes me relax and unwind, forgetting all the stresses I have in life. That is one of the reasons why I want to go there so bad.

Why not avail one for yourself? It would be really cool to hang out in that island with the ones you love, forgetting about the rest of the world for a bit, don’t you think? Don’t forget to look for Hawaii Vacation Info so you can be guided while touring around one of the world’s greatest islands!

Having a House and a Home of our own

Our house has been constructed since 2002 but was only finished last 2006, just in time for our move out of the military housing with my parents’ retirement.

It is quite big compared to our previous apartments and condos inside the military camps, and it took some time before it sink in that we have a huge spacious house, our very own house. With that thought sinking in, we’ve grown to love our house and are now starting to think of getting our house insured. Precaution is very important, after all.

My parents are still going through some home insurance quotes though and they are planning to settle their decision after 2008, just in time for their pension’s resumption. You see, they took a lump sum off their pension just so we could have our house constructed. Just so you know, I call our home “Gray Castle” because of the no-paint, gray castle like, outside walls with mini solar light torches around the house. Amazing huh? You should try to visit it sometime.

Search Engines can help you with real estate!

If it’s Forensic Loan Document Review, Home loan modification, Foreclosure Protection or any other thing related to foreclosure, google is your friend! It helps you solve all your real estate needs, and much more!

Well I’m not specifically asking you to google, if there’s any other search engine you prefer, then use it! It’s not only foreclosure that these awesome search engines can help you with, it’s also very useful for researches (which we all know), looking for real estate properties to invest on and defining terms and solving mathematical problems! If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then google it, my friend!

Hawaii is the Place to Be!

I’m still not pretty over vacationing. I keep saving up for travel purposes, but then some unexpected expenses come up and I’m forced to spend the money I’ve saved up for traveling, so now you see, I still haven’t vacationed anywhere for quite a long time. I’m also thinking of buying real estate properties to a place I can relax and release myself from the world’s worries. True story.

What do you think of Hawaii real estate? If you’ve read my past blog posts, you can say that I really am addicted to Hawaii. It would be nice to post photos of this tropical paradise to share with your friends, don’t you think?

I don’t know if I should get an Oahu real estate or a Maui real estate so if you have any suggestions or recommendations, please feel free to comment. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

A Real Estate and A Wedding

I recently attended the wedding of a friend I met during one of my trips. It was good to see that despite their limited budget, they managed to pull off a decent and special wedding. I also noticed that despite the current financial crisis and continuously increasing prices, they were still able to get quite important and costly gifts from their guests. I think the best gift of all was from the groom’s parents, who gave a parcel of Santa Fe NM land to the newlyweds.

I had a bit of conversation with the groom’s parents, and they told me that although it was their first time buying real estate in Santa Fe, they were able to get a good bargain. The broker they hired had a Santa Fe New Mexico MLS to help them identify available parcels of land within the area. It was also a plus that the broker is familiar with Santa Fe for he has lived there for more than ten years.

Those newlyweds are quite lucky indeed…

Business Ventures

If you’re one of those many people thinking about investing a huge amount of money, or just hard earned money you have worked so hard for in a certain company or project, I have a few questions that could help you.

First of all, do you trust the person or the company you will be performing the deal with? And are these people involved in the deal capable of showing you original papers from the government proving that they’re not pretending to be someone they are not?

These are the two questions that, in my opinion, are the main basis of investing money on a company. Of course, these aren’t the ONLY questions you should be asking yourself. I’m just trying to help.

Considering Boston

“She said I think I’ll go to Boston…
I think I’ll start a new life,
I think I’ll start it over, where no one knows my name,
I’ll get out of California, I’m tired of the weather,
I think I’ll get a lover and fly em out to Spain…”

Those are the lyrics of one of my all-time-favorite songs. It’s entitled Boston by Augustana.

I have always thought about going to Boston when I hear this song. Many people told me about wonderful experiences in this area. This song helped me to increase my interest in Boston Real Estate. I’ve always thought about how Real Estate in Boston works. I’ve shared all my thoughts to my friends and they recommended me to consult a Boston Luxury Real Estate and look for Boston Condos, or some Boston Lofts, specifically Boston Luxury Lofts. I looked at Bushari Group Real Estate and I can say they’re pretty good at that area.

Boston’s not the only choice I have of migrating too, though. You know women, we change our minds constantly.
