Our house has been constructed since 2002 but was only finished last 2006, just in time for our move out of the military housing with my parents’ retirement.

It is quite big compared to our previous apartments and condos inside the military camps, and it took some time before it sink in that we have a huge spacious house, our very own house. Uncle Jim after his retirement in the United States Navy settled in Hawaii with his family for good.
