I have always believed in the saying that all work and no play make life dull. Since I do not like dull atmospheres in workplaces, I thought of suggesting a Bingo event to my boss. Not only is Bingo fun, it can also develop a stronger bond between our employees, thus providing a light, happy atmosphere in our office.

I especially emphasized that we should play online Bingo when we have free time because the employees can meet a lot of virtual friends, friends from different time zones, places and cultures. I’m currently the project manager of our company, and I started as creative writer, one of the lowest positions there. Based on my experience, happy employees are more productive and energetic, thus provide better performance at work. Three of my subordinates underwent a six-month probationary period.
