Easy Property Search

My cousin Clark mentioned a website which he considers very useful and relevant particularly when searching for real estate in Hawaii. I checked it out today and it’s for a company offering what they call the “Hawaii Life RE Services”.

What I like about the Hawaii Life RE Services website is its really great map search. It is user-friendly and returns search results in a matter of seconds. A main way of searching for properties is by identifying the location, price range, and classification (homes, condos, lands). Or, simply choose a property from among the many featured properties in the homepage. Their search outputs include a detailed location map of the property, pictures of the property itself, and other important details about the property. The website also features properties comparable to the property you selected, which gives you a greater number of properties to choose from.

I liked the Hawaii Life RE Services website so much; I wish they also have websites for other states.

Foreclosed House

Who would want to buy a foreclosed house? It’s old, it belongs to a raving mad previous owner who still can’t let go of the house and demands vengeance through legal battles, and it involves quite a ton of processing and paperwork.

On the other hand, who wouldn’t want to buy a foreclosed house? It is way cheaper than any house you can find in the market. Now, who wouldn’t want such a thing?

An Impossible Search

For some time now, I’ve been looking for another apartment near my workplace. I realized, however, how hard it is to find decent housing nowadays, particularly when limited funds are available. I can’t seem to get what I want – secure surroundings, quality housing, cheap rent. The problem is, most apartments renting at cheap prices are already dilapidated. Some even smell of old cabinets and cigarette smoke, which I cannot tolerate because I’m allergic to such smells. I would have to install the best air purifiers around if I have no other choice but to stay in such apartments.

Ideas for business

I visited my aunt over the weekend to see how she’s doing with her numerous business ventures. It seemed to me that she hasn’t yet had a business overdose for she still managed to ask me if I had ideas about possible new businesses we could start together.

I told her that we could consider starting a business that deals directly with foreclosures or with mortgages. I had this idea because whenever my friends and I talk about profitable real estate businesses, businesses related to those two are usually the ones that come out.

However, the sad thing is that I don’t have much expertise in those fields. So I also told my aunt that we could always start instead a business providing real estate and moving rented services that gives the best moving quotes (which I relatively know a lot about). She seemed to agree with the idea so I might be visiting her again sometime soon.

Hawaii is the Place to Be!

I’m still not pretty over vacationing. I keep saving up for travel purposes, but then some unexpected expenses come up and I’m forced to spend the money I’ve saved up for traveling, so now you see, I still haven’t vacationed anywhere for quite a long time. I’m also thinking of buying real estate properties to a place I can relax and release myself from the world’s worries. True story.

What do you think of Hawaii real estate? If you’ve read my past blog posts, you can say that I really am addicted to Hawaii. It would be nice to post photos of this tropical paradise to share with your friends, don’t you think?

I don’t know if I should get an Oahu real estate or a Maui real estate so if you have any suggestions or recommendations, please feel free to comment. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Foreclosure Issues!

I can see nowadays a lot of websites that charge for foreclosures. It’s pretty hard nowadays, ‘cause you see, almost nothing’s free! So I suggest that if you want foreclosure, look for free foreclosures on the internet. You can also find lots of free foreclosure search all around the world wide web.
It’s best to look for free stuff, but also be certain that you do not waste your time with useless foreclosures. You shouldn’t use the sites that provide foreclosure not only because it’s free, but also because it also provides quality foreclosures. There are also free foreclosure listings that help you look for more sites that provide or help you with foreclosure issues. If this still doesn’t work, try looking for free foreclosure lists.
If you have any websites to recommend, feel free to comment or suggest them in this blog post. Thank you!
